How do I place an order?+

Shipping & Delivery
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery in Pretoria is always free, regardless of order value. For the rest of South Africa, standard delivery is R99. Orders over R2,500 qualify for free nationwide delivery.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery times depend on your location and stock availability. Pretoria orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Nationwide orders take 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Can I collect my order?+
Yes, you can collect from our Pretoria premises. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your waybill number.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Visa, Mastercard, and Instant EFT via our secure payment gateway. Corporate customers can also arrange 30-day account terms — contact us for details.
Is it safe to pay online?+
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and our payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?+
You can return unused items within 7 business days (CPA cooling-off period). Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement, repair, or refund. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty applies. See our full Return Policy for details.
Do products come with a warranty?+
Yes, all products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty. We are an authorised reseller for all brands we carry, so your warranty is fully honoured through official channels.
Products & Stock
What does “In Stock with Supplier” mean?+
It means the product is available from our supplier’s warehouse and can be dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We work with multiple authorised distributors to ensure fast fulfilment.
Are all products genuine and original?+
Absolutely. We source exclusively from authorised South African distributors. No grey imports, no parallel stock. Every product is 100% genuine with full local warranty.
Can you source a product that’s not on your website?+
Yes! We have access to thousands of products beyond what’s listed online. Request a quote and we’ll check availability and pricing for you.

Do I need an account to order?+
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
