The Swift Lite is the least expensive way into Acer’s thin-and-light range, and this configuration is better balanced than the price suggests: an Intel Core i5-1334U with a full 16 GB of onboard DDR5, where most machines at this level ship 8 GB. For browser work, Office and video calls that is the specification that keeps a laptop usable for years rather than months.

The display is a 14-inch WUXGA IPS panel with slim bezels, and storage is a 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD. Memory is soldered, so the 16 GB is what the machine will always have — worth knowing, though it is a generous starting point.
