Anycubic PETG Filament 1.75mm 1kg – Grey

Anycubic PETG is the step up from PLA when parts need to be tougher, cope with more heat and survive outdoors. Grey is a neutral for prototypes, enclosures and mechanical parts.

It prints at 230–250 °C on a 60–70 °C bed at 50–250 mm/s. Tensile strength is 52 ± 1 MPa with 13 ± 1% elongation at break and an impact strength of 45 ± 2 kJ/m², so parts flex before they crack. Heat deflection is 69 °C at 0.45 MPa, well above PLA, which matters for anything left in a car or in the sun. It resists water, weather and common chemicals such as soap, detergent and petrol.

PETG absorbs moisture, so dry it at 55–65 °C for 6–8 hours if the spool has been open for a while. It needs no enclosure, which makes it practical on open-frame printers. Use it for brackets, mounts, planters, outdoor fittings and mechanical prototypes.
