Anycubic TPU 68D Filament 1.75mm 1kg – Neon Green

Most TPU is soft and rubbery, which makes it hard to push through multi-colour systems. Anycubic TPU 68D is a much harder grade at Shore 68D: stiff enough to feed through the ACE 2 Pro, yet tough and elastic enough to stretch to 650% before it breaks. Neon Green is a high-visibility colour for bumpers, grips and parts you want to spot easily.

It prints at 210–250 °C on a 35–60 °C bed at 40–250 mm/s, with a density of 1.26 g/cm³ and tensile strength of 23.5 ± 0.5 MPa. It is wear-resistant with minimal stringing at speed, and pairs with PLA and PETG in soft-hard multi-material prints, such as rigid parts with tougher, impact-absorbing sections.

TPU absorbs moisture readily, so dry it at 65–75 °C for 6–8 hours before printing. A 0.4 mm or larger nozzle is recommended, and it runs on most direct-drive printers. Use it for phone and tool grips, bumpers, protective covers, gaskets, wheels and wear pads.
