This is the entry configuration of the TravelMate X4 14 AI, built around an Intel Core Ultra 5 226V with an AI Boost NPU rated above 40 TOPS — enough to clear the Copilot+ PC bar, so Windows runs its AI features locally rather than in the cloud. Memory is 16 GB of LPDDR5X soldered to the board, with a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD alongside.

The panel is a 14-inch WUXGA IPS running at 120 Hz with full sRGB coverage. Against the OLED version of this machine you trade absolute contrast and DCI-P3 gamut for a higher refresh rate, which makes scrolling and window work noticeably smoother day to day. Graphics are handled by Intel Arc 130V.
